Enjoy cruising on the Circle - the mayor wants to close the circle to traffic. He thinks that millions of people will come to Indianapolis as the center of the universe just to walk and gawk.

while working 6 weeks in Indy, I only had 4 days off work.....2 of them I spent a few hours at Monument circle... Thats how cool it is! It was amazing and beautiful, Snow all around added to the total experience and beauty! Even the good spirits of cruisers driving around added to the fun.Nice place to hang out , even a cheap date, you get to talk and enjoy...might be more cool at day time, not sure.I recommend all visitors see it at least once and locals should see it monthly at least. the lack of nearby paring isnt even a con, as you can enjoy the walk

In my highschool years everyone use to love to Cruse around the circle. The best time is in the winter when they have the monument decorated as a chirstmas tree. It is beuatful.
